L. I. F. E. units are offered to members of the waiting list in numerical first come first served order. There is one list for all “Villages” owned and managed by L.I.F.E., Inc. If you are offered a unit and, at that point in time you are not ready, willing, and able to move into a unit, you can “pass” and retain your position on the list. Resident must be 60-years of age or older to move in, however, you may join the waiting list at any age. It is to your advantage to join the list five or more years sooner than you think you would be ready for a unit so you have moved up to a top position on the list when you are ready for a unit.
